At TTXRDP.Online, we support freedom of expression and allow customers to express themselves freely on their websites. However, we reserve the right to remove any content hosted on our servers that includes:
Illegal content (e.g., child pornography, animal abuse, hate speech, terrorism)
Hosting of pirated software or warez (linking is permitted, hosting is not)
Illegal bulk emailing, spam, or phishing
Racist, slanderous, abusive, or threatening material
We may cancel services without warning or refund if these terms are violated.
We offer a variety of digital infrastructure services including, but not limited to:
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
Dedicated Servers
Domain Registration
Web Hosting
All optional services may incur additional fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Ensure timely payment for active services
Maintain the necessary equipment and software for accessing our services
Pay for their own internet access
During registration, customers must:
Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information
Update information as needed to keep it valid
We do not disclose customer data unless:
Directed by the customer
Required by law
It is publicly accessible (e.g., WHOIS data)
Customers are free to display advertising on their websites, provided it does not include:
Illegal, discriminatory, or abusive content
TTXRDP.Online assumes no liability for any disputes or transactions between customers and advertisers.
Customers agree not to:
Overwhelm servers with excessive CPU usage
Host content involving:
Copyright infringement
Child exploitation
Hate or terrorist propaganda
Spam or unsolicited emails
Viruses, malware, or spyware
Phishing, scams, or fraud
IRC bots, open proxies, or harmful scripts
Adult content is allowed, but links to prohibited material are strictly forbidden.
We prohibit any attempt to harm our network, clients, or infrastructure. This includes:
DoS/DDoS attacks
Port scanning
Mail bombing
Unsolicited advertising/spamming
Any such activity will lead to account termination and possible legal action.
While legitimate bulk emailing is allowed, all messages must:
Be sent to verified opt-in users
Include unsubscribe options and origin information
Follow clear privacy policies
Failure to comply may result in suspension and a $100 administrative penalty.
NOTE: VPS services are non-refundable.
TTXRDP.Online may audit accounts and issue warnings. Clients are responsible for:
Responding to abuse alerts within 24 hours
Paying a $50 reactivation fee after suspension due to violations
Services may be suspended or terminated without notice if:
Payment is overdue beyond the 2-day grace period
TOS violations are identified
Abuse reports are received
Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Customers are responsible for:
Safeguarding their login credentials
Managing their VPS data security
Informing us of any unauthorized account activity
We are not liable for data loss resulting from unmanaged environments.
(a) Recurring Fees
Invoices are sent 7 days in advance. Automatic billing occurs unless the payment method is manual.
(b) Payment Terms
Refunds are not available after 24 hours. Early cancellations are pro-rated to the nearest monthly cycle. TOS violations void refund eligibility.
(c) Credit/Debit Card Information
Card addresses must match billing info. Failed debit card transactions may appear as pending but will be refunded by your bank.
To cancel, customers must use the client area. Reversals are not guaranteed. Violations of TOS result in permanent cancellation without refund.
Only first-time accounts qualify for a refund within 24 hours. No refunds for campaigns, discounted orders, or chargebacks.
Chargebacks incur a $20 penalty and may involve a collection agency.
Bandwidth:
Overage charges apply for exceeding allocated bandwidth. Throttling may occur for excessive usage.
Port Usage:
Basic servers come with 100MBPS unthrottled ports. Throttling may apply to excessive traffic that affects the network.
Filtering:
We may filter ports or IPs to protect against abuse.
IP Addressing:
IPs may change without notice.
Geo-IP locations are not guaranteed.
Change requests must be made within 24 hours.
Clients are solely responsible for backing up their data. TTXRDP.Online is not liable for:
File corruption
Network failure
Data loss for any reason
All services are provided “as is” with no guarantees or warranties of performance. We are not liable for:
Business interruption
Data delivery failures
Account misuse or fraud
Loss beyond $100
Customers agree to indemnify TTXRDP.Online, its team, and partners from all legal claims, fees, or damages resulting from:
TOS violations
Third-party complaints
Copyright or trademark infringement
Accounts may be terminated for:
Violating laws or TOS
Abusive behavior
Heavy resource usage
Providing false registration info
Refunds for such accounts are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Verbal abuse
Spam
Repeated violations
Frequent chargebacks
DDoS attacks
We may change pricing or modify services at any time. We will attempt to notify clients when possible.
By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any future modifications to this agreement, posted at https://www.TTXRDP.Online.
